PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL I Gives a Damn If Your "Organization" is on the List. You Employ Daesh Tactics. You are a Terrorist in My Book. In this Case a "White" American Terrorist. Unfortunately/Fortunately I don't Feel Terrorized by these Nazis. I Feel Pissed at them and those that Enable and Empower Them!

Definitions of terrorism:
-The systematic use of terror (a very strong feeling of fear / something that causes very strong feelings of fear) especially as a means of coercion - Websters
-The unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. - Oxford
-The unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.- FBI
Going off of those definitions, the charges would not fit this particular crime. It was outright assault with a deadly weapon, Second degree Murder (possibly even FIRST degree), and many others can be added to the list. There are groups that have committed acts that fit these descriptions. But, I haven't seen them all designated as "terrorist groups".
