They missed one - the Mission First Major. When I made Major a COL Mentor of mine said that the toughest rank in the Army Officer Cops was Major. Why? Because like me you were Primary Staff (I was a Bde S4) which meant that you had no command authority yet were responsible for specific elements of Mission Accomplishment. In less than 24 Months I had Hurricane Hugo relief deployment, Just Cause and Desert Storm. I always put mission first. It was a very stressful time - but I made it through because I remembered what a CSM once told me that an Officer always takes care of his people and accomplishes the Mission
