84 days is bull,she should have gotten the same time the accused would have gotten if convicted.

100% concur. That should be on the table for a false charge. Rare as the narrative states that false accusations are, they still happen. And people go to prison for years because of them.

assault generally, subparagraph e is amended to
read as follows:
e. Maximum punishment.
(1) Rape. Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all
pay and allowances, and confinement for life without
eligibility for parole.
