There was this hacker who thought she was doing Recipes copywriters a service squealing on people she thought were stealing recipes..... I got recipes and tried out worked on them and seen how I could make them better... if I liked them i also
Multiplied how many servings (I built it up to a good point I could work with. Say like a recipe for 6 or 8 I could multiply to 24 then multiply that to close as I could to a 100 servings... there are some items in them you can’t increase much like salt or chili powder, cumin.. and some others )
So she tried to blackmail me on some that she claimed I altered. She would use it as leverage when I turned her in for hacking me. In those recipes I borrowed I used
“Real butter” and or “real butter n crisp” in a pie-type crust where they used oleo. So I actually made it better or “butter”. I used better brands of spices n herbs or added some. I wasn’t out to cheapen.. so
My costs actually ran higher..in some things .. Well she never came back ..
the person/company I borrowed from
Did and liked what I done. They were trying to make it economical.. that person didn’t see the word economical in the label, all she saw was me taking a recipe and making it to serve a higher income
Group of eaters .. Some recipes I seen did have prime cuts and seasoned right... choice cuts can taste as good even to a
Higher income bracket.. When catering
Even a budget wedding or anniversary I want that to be a pleasant memory later that they really got something nice for the
Price they paid and their guests got a nice meal and would talk about it.. One of my parent’s friends (to both parents). Got married and they were on the bland side..
their reason was if it tasted bland they wouldn’t eat as much.. it was at a restaurant that that had some bland items.
It had other good one too.. but those 3 entrees were their choice for the guests to dine in.. final desert was a bland carrot cake.. they had it ordered special that way..
It was a “if you don’t come we’ll feel bad“
Type of reception.. I ordered s’thing better (1/2 lb Angus sirloin burger, baked potato and broccoli with carrots my difference was $1.50..) and paid the difference .. All the way to the dessert.
They were actually insulted I didn’t order one of their selections.. one was a chicken pot pie.. my mom had that .. it looked fair but was blah In taste... dad had a bland tasting steak even though there was a fake salt and pepper like condiment on the table. Personally (IMHO) they got hosed
Only about 24 people showed up.. I think some others did what I did and paid the difference on a better selection of entree..
I’m quite sure ms (snobby ) manners would say it was rude to do what I did.. I really didn’t care.. I went to the wedding and reception.. I made the choice to have s’ thing better... and pay the difference !
Mom said I snubbed their friends (dad stayed out of) by not eating the selections they made available .. la-dee-dah !
They could of put in parenthesis that guest can pay the difference and get what they desired..
