In Oklahoma we tried to stop it. The Police and Sheriffs organizations wouldn't let it pass. They said they would go broke. Of course our State is financially strapped anyway. So the legislature wouldn't get behind it. Things like this is what slowly erode our personal rights. Sometimes quickly.

What ever happened to "States' Rights"? Why should the Federal Government be allowed to side step state laws whenever they feel like it?
