Nice tools.... but I still prefer the $1.00 ruler and the regulation. Not because I'm cheap, but I think it shows more discipline. Everyone is looking for tricks, cheats, and corner-cutting for the simplest of tasks. And its not about not having enough time. Take an hour break from the Xbox.... and fix your uniform!

If a Soldier uses the tool at home, but never mentions it at work, how would anyone know the difference?

The tools are regulation. I wouldn't consider it a cheat but it does make it easier. I agree about XBox. I am not a gamer but I have seen gamers in action. I don't understand it at all. That's just me.

SFC (Join to see) - No one would know. And who would care.... the Soldier is free to do it anyway they want, as long as it gets done. It's just my personal preference, to develop my own expertise and attention to detail.

MSG David Rogers III - I agree. I've always done it that way as well. I still use the regular ribbons and ribbon racks from Clothing Sales and everything. Just like anything else we do, its always best to know how to do it manually, in the event the item of convenience is not available at that time.

CPO (Join to see) - Very nice, but then why use an Army uniform for advertising?

SSG Robert Webster I chose this uniform to build brand awareness and intrest for the tools. While I do not have the Army Pin-iT Card ready I do have other uniform tools that Army personnel could use.

I used a vernier caliper, works great when you need to place the "mirror image" parts of the uniform. Over time though it got to the point where i could pretty much "eyeball" correct placement.
