PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - No problem - our Air Marshals carry 357 Magnum 158 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point - train to double tap center of mass - but a few strays in skin of the aircraft are not going to cause any difficulty. The interior / exterior pressure delta for most civilian aircraft is about 8 PSI at maximum altitude. Not even punching a hole in the window is going to make a significant difference. There is small risk of hitting a control system relay - but these are triple redundant - so again not a significant problem. No one is getting into a firefight with automatic weapons at altitude - this might be a problem - but in terms of a flight crew member with some reasonable required training - no issues. All that said, you may want to avoid shooting into the deck in the neighborhood of the wings - where most civilian aircraft carry a centerline fuel tank about where the wings attach to the fuselage.
