I was really sad when they got rid of Pontiac almost 10 years ago because even I think is that Tiger Woods cannot save Buick since Buick was embarrassed when their grand national could beat the Corvette back in 1987 when they should have been proud! Thank goodness today muscle cars are as fast as this car even as a base V6 on a Dodge Challenger challenger or a Ford Mustang today.

You have a collectible car when Pontiac was still an awesome make and Buick was just an afterthought and still is.

My wife at one point had a 3 speed manual Firebird w/ t-tops - not even pumped up and it could move. Though she couldn't beat my '79 Mustang 5.0 :) I finally won her over, she drives a '14 Mustang GT. :)

And didn't mention my '91 Mustang, or the '93 Mustang we just got for my son (that ones a project though, he's got a lot of work before it drives - gets to learn how to scrap some knuckles).
