I suspect, you are already aware the attack on American individualism has been underway since the murder of JFK, RFK and MLK. To me, America is the last nation state in the way of global government.
The deplorables that voted for Trump, voted for him mostly on his agenda to secure the border and bring back jobs though fair trade. Not his crassness.
I am a proud member of the deplorables and part of the last of the holdouts against a world system that hates truth. I am a Cowboy.

Maybe not a cowboy, but picked up plenty of hay in the Kansas sun when my dad was stationed at Ft. Leavenworth, and before that he bought 30 acres in Copperas Cove and the animals ate before we ate. You still see that in rural America, but not in the suburbs where participation trophies rein supreme.
