Why do states still allow bounty hunters anyway? Isn't that why we have US Marshals? Oh that would be big government.

What escalated the situation that required them to shoot into the car before it fled? And why would you get into a firefight in a Walmart parking lot? That would be an insane lawsuit if a stray bullet hit a kid walking with their parents. They should have boxed the car in and called local law enforcement to assist or take over if they felt their lives were in danger. Don't bounty hunters learn about appropriate force?

I don't know why they opened fire on the car but you ask a good question. I remember years ago when I was stationed at Ft. Campbell there was a shootout between gang members in a Walmart parking lot and a stray bullet hit a teacher who was out there buying fireworks. Must be a Clarksville thing.

Bring the hammer down. No damn excuse for this. No one was threatening them, and firing wildly and ramming a car.....and no one called the police once?
