Anyone who would think it wasn't fair obviously didn't teach their children that breaking into someone's home is wrong. Stop the planet, it's time to kick these snowflakes and their ilk off at the next comet.

My feelings on this are that we are to defend our own property and lives. Weather one or three they had ill intent with a knife and brass knuckles. The home owner son was acting in self defense. This craziness about criminals having more rights then the general public is flat out wrong. If a person willingly goes into someones house with obvious intent to harm deserve what they got. Who knows what drugs they were on or if it was gang related. They could of had a gun on them. When a person is scared they can easily miss the target from shaking. We are not taught to shoot to wound that person can draw a weapon and kill you. If this was Texas we would not even be having this conversation. If you are willing to do the crime you better be ready for the out come. Most people do not enjoy shooting other people. When it comes down to your life or others lives you do what you have to do. In other countries the punishment is so harsh you do not see crimes very often because there is a healthy fear of what will happen to them if caught. We have more people in jails and prisons then the rest of the world combined. Taking weapons away from law abiding people is against the Constitution. Those that do not follow the law do not care about gun laws . They will do the damage they want to do and leave the law abiding people left to pay for it. All the states should be like Texas and this would be the end of that problem for the most part and the rest would get what was coming to them. I do believe that there should be mandatory gun safety classes so that people know what they are doing and what level of force is required for the situation.
