Oh poor General, only left with an $80,000 retirement. And what would have happed to SGT Marquez if he had used his GTC to pay for two Thousand dollar plus Stip club tabs, and then lied in the ensuing investigation.???
One of the few things I despised about my Army, was the disparity in how officer, and sometimes senor NCOS are treated with kid gloves vice the same infractions for a lower enlisted and hammered, CM, discharged.

And while that is significant...Its still not enough he is going to retire as a GENERAL......with more then $80,000 in pay, tricare for life at reduced costs..ect ect ect...
I would be UNDER the jail. a privet, no retirement or benefits and after ,my federal convection and serving my sentence, looking for a job with a felony convection on my record.
