This is an excerpt from a speech or news conference. From this clip, the "reporter" is not following protocol and waiting his turn. I would have thrown him out of the meeting after asking him to wait and his not following. Reminds me of the spring-butt 2lts in the basic course.

Capt Gregory Prickett - From what I saw in this video clip, the reporter was out of line. it wasn't his turn to ask a question. THAT has nothing to do with race, color, creed, religion or even accent, it has to do with protocol. My opinion would be the same if it were you or anyone else interrupting the meeting.
The snarky comments at the end were completely uncalled for and that twit should be dealt with. If he were on my protection team, that would be his last day working for me.

We've seen during his rallies, interviews and now press conferences that this administration will not tolerate being asked any questions that criticizes their policies. It's unfortunate; it happened to Univision, then CNN, and it's a matter of time someone else is next.

SSG (Join to see) - A reporter is paid to ask and ask, and ask, dealt with them is the past and we were always instructed to be nice to them.

I agree. Let the reporter ask their question and if he doesn't like the question pull a "Ditka" and then move on to next question.

MAJ James Woods - You heard a question? All I heard was a series of dogmatic statements opposing what Trump intends to do.

Rude people get treated rudely.
Jorge Ramos has been openly hostile to President Trump for a very long time...it is not like he did not know what would happen when he started asking a question when he was not called on.
I can not speak to what the security/Secret Service said about Mr. Ramos or how much he already knows about him but I am sure even they get frustrated dealing with the same trouble makers time after time.
