probably as some point, the impressive part about Gorsuch is that he has a track record of supporting the constitution and he has some libertarian views. He will be fantastic.

Part of the problem is we have come to view the court as political not judicial.
The job is to rule on whether a case is right or wrong according to law and unless the law is unconstitutional only by that.
Trump's policies should not be considered.
