If she doesn't agree with anything she does agree. Thank you Sally for standing up for what you believe in. I hope many follow in your footstep

Based on what I have read she may have good reason to believe the order won't pass constitutional muster. The cynical part of me says she probably had little lose and a lot to be gained but I'll take my ethical stands in government where I can get them.

LTC (Join to see) - Could not agree more 8 US code 1185 Gives the President the Authority to restrict immigrants. This is not a question , but more of case of grandstanding for the Left.

Okay, folks. You give an order, command, or whatever you want to call it. A subordinate then tells his/her subordinates to not do what you have directed.
What do you do then?
What do you do then?

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - The interim AG received advice that the order was legal but decided she 'felt' otherwise. Nice try, but no comparison to Nixon's time.

CDR Jon Corrigan - Shen is a very experience federal proctor and thought that it was unlawful. And she was the person with both the reponsible and authority to decide.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - it doesn't matter a whit what she 'thinks'. The legal advice she received indicated it passed constitutional muster. She holds her position at the pleasure of the president, and he decided it was time for her to go. Good riddance.

SFC Smith see this is what i do not get why the need to follow up with that kind rhetoric when trying to make a point, it come across as showy but largely empty of clear idea. Why not leave it to the politicians they are so very good at using it to keep American at each others throats.
