I am not posting this for info- but rather who pays $50K to add a bathroom, $25K for a bathroom remodel, and $112K for a master addition? I have remodeled several houses- gutted one completely and added new windows, insulation, wood floors, and a huge deck. Somewhere near $25K for all of it- my guess is the numbers are having someone else do it ALL for you? Even then....dang.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL learned a lot the hard way Joe. I have learned to pay someone to do certain things that take me a long time, but I remolded an entire house, new windows, floors, bath and kitchen for less than any of the figures in this story.
