The Real Story of Jane Fonda and the Vietnam Vets Who Hate Her - Under the Radar

There is a clear and distinct divide in the military community on Jane Fonda; who she was and what she did. Conversations are usually started and continued by those who believe she betrayed American POWs and sympathized with the Vietnamese. It seems that Jane had never actually given POW messages to their captors, however due to the propaganda used by the Vietnamese, Jane Fonda received a very powerfully negative image, fueled by both war protestors and American patriots alike. Everywhere Jane stepped, she was always walking on glass. Perhaps we will never know the truth, whether she was a traitor or an advocate for the fair treatment of POWs, but I feel that a 79 year old woman should be allowed to live out the rest of her life in peace.
