He is draining the swamp; by choosing Secretaries, Department Heads, Advisors, etc., based upon their expertise and putting them in the positions where their expertise is extremely necessary, especially after the last 8 years, rather than choosing people based upon a set of Politically Correct values.

He said he wouldnt let nations take advantage of us in trade deals in every debate, this should surprise nobody. The TPP looks to suck as bad as NAFTA and should be killed off on that basis.
