This is what happens when everyone gets a participation trophy. These people lost the election, failed at a bogus recount, and now they are trying to change the rules after the game has ended.

One was, and Trump GAINED like 120 something votes. The other two were shut down by the courts.

The reality is that this election is a lesson on who elects the President of the United States, which should force people to read the US Constitution and become educated, specially the 12 Amendment which discusses the Electoral College members and the process and their, duty in electing the US President.

Pmc Mcb - Really and truly. I hope he got a "sharply worded note" from all 9 Justices on the Supreme Court.

Pmc Mcb You don't like Trump, we get it. You can still maintain a level of discourse by using his name correctly. You're not in kindergarten.

I wouldn't fret over it. Even if enough voted differently it would not change the ultimate outcome, with one exception. If enough Reps changed their vote to Clinton to give her the 270 then after the food fight she would be officially elected. I don't see that happening. If enough Reps were to choose someone other than Trump to drop Trump below 270 then it triggers the 12th Amendment as in 1824. If neither candidate gets the 270 the House of Representative votes. Since the Reps hold the majority they most likely would elect Trump. They could vote for someone else though and there are provisions for anything else that might occur. It's just the last "hail mary pass" by people trying to stop Trump from being elected.

The House wouldn't be able to elect just anyone, if it gets that far. They can only vote on the top three vote-getters from the electoral election. So it would be Trump, Hillary, and whoever got the most votes as a faithless-elector substitute. In that situation, I'm sure the House would elect Trump.
