but it should be regulated. First by eliminating name-calling it is so immature and a tool for bullying. And second by teaching people how to spot logical fallacies.

This is the new thinking of today, speech should be limited (because what you say hurts my feelings or I disagree with it.) it is difficult to understand why so many people allow others to affect them and place so much value or credibility on what others say.

Not really sure how to respond to this. I attended college late in life and for the most part had conservative professors as they had military ties. I attended Louisiana Tech University on the Barksdale campus. I did not encounter much far left teaching and more here is your assignments...do them.
My son went to Mt Marty College, which is a Catholic college. His high school and college both had left leanings and usually centered on fed dollars for grants etc. I get it and also discussed ideas with him as well so he got a full picture. Encouraged him to do his own research etc.
But to amass a list targeting anyone stinks of McCarthytism and should scare the bejezus out of anyone.

What is "Anti-America"? I 've heard and believe that democracy depends on an educated and active citizenry. Shouldn't that include Left- and Right-wing teachers in are education system? I suppose some seem way too extreme and it may be caused by individual past experiences, but the sharing, the debate and the dialogue in a respectful, empathetic environment should help remedy that .

the problem is that only one side of the equation is tolerated in academia and that side hates America, and those of us who protect the constitution. I was a veteran before I went to college. I remember getting into a heated exchange with a professor who wanted me to write a paper about why all wars were wrong. I quickly used the American Civil War and WW2 as examples but to no avail, I had to drop the class. That sort of attitude is applauded in many colleges, while a stance that freedom is good will get you kicked out of some schools.
