This Mayor has Blue blood on his hands. Remember when he called out police and two were killed. The police revolted and the rest is history.

SGT Damaso V Santana - That proves my point, people here is making a big deal of the mayor doing his job warning of potential dangers, while if approached from the other side he says nothing or worse says "Its Cool, come let walk"
