Wah wah wah.....JUST like the Video of OBAMA when he was teaching law school, he clearly said We have checks and balances so that NO ONE PERSON can take advantage of our system or laws....HE CLEARLY said that a PRESIDENT should not and does not have the right to Waive the PEN and change things willy nilly...and he got on NATIONAL TELEVISION 11 times on four channels and TWO MEXICAN channels and CLEARLY STATED he can't change the law....he can't give AMNESTY, yet he turned around and did....oh, yeah....so that he could get RE ELECTED.
