The odds of him being a match for her are probably 1 in a million. Really remarkable they would be a match. Thanks to the Marine who unselfishly saved a life.

Less that that for a living liver. It's matched by blood type not RH. Then the persons health for a living donor. They give up to 60% of their Rt side of liver to the recipient. It grows back its normal size in months.
