When I saw CHIPS I instantly thought of California Highway Patrol TV program LTC (Join to see) which might be a SIGFSEC issue :-)
OPSEC and maintaining awareness of situations is important. I haven't owned a phone for several years and am careful what I store electronically and especially what I post.
