Here we go again.... let's be diverse, for diversity's sake.... Waste of time and energy.
How about we let people based on merit and knowledge fill appropriate positions? If it happens to be dominated by a "kind", oh fucking well..... because we know there is a conspiracy of one kind to dominate them all, right (like the one ring, even though the Ring doesn't discriminate)?

USAF leadership...... man, I feel for the motivators over there, seeing this crap, daily, shoved down their throats, taking away from the mission... I know we all have out rivalries, etc. but I believe that there are motivators and true Airmen out there, that joined to do their job, serve their country, and have to live in such a pussified, weak, mission in-essential environment!

Waiting on someone to come and correct me, while calling me a racist xenophobe... because feelings and reasons...

That is interesting SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. To be honest I am leery of senior leaders who want to increase diversity for diversity's sake.
I have known fine officers and NCOs who fully deserved to be promoted as high as they have so far.
1. GEN Vince Brooks is a classmate and friend of mine who is a consummate professional soldier.
2. I served with then LTC Darryl Williams who is now MG Darryl Williams. He is a great officer who has more than deserved every promotion he has had.
3. I have served with many women after I left Infantry-only assignments. The vast majority of women I have seen promoted were top-notch officers.
On the other hand
As I was serving in HQDA, G-4 I saw two LTCs who were black friends of mine that were promoted to COL one woman and one man. The woman was great at organizing functions but not a leader and she burned out. The man ended up being convicted by defrauding the government by claiming he lived more than 50 miles away while we were mobilized while he lived with his sister near to the Pentagon.
