Wow that is sad SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that Debbie Venetz was told officially by the US Army her husband Sgt. 1st Class Anthony Venetz who deployed repeatedly to Iraq and Afghanistan that his accidental overdose in Afghanistan was “not in the line of the duty.”
I am thankful that an Army review board reversed that finding but saddened that it took 5 and 1/2 years to reverse the finding.

I too am glad the truth finally came out. That Not in the line of duty, hurts the survivors in so many ways. The good lord fixed the injustice of that terrible decision someone had made.

Excellent read and I am saddened to hear that it took nearly six years for her to get a reversal for her husband SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL
