Navy squadron commander charged with attempted rape

Like everyone else would like to know more details if this was a civil arrest for a civil crime or at the request o Naval authorities for something alleged on the Navy side. Either way, it is a horrible punch in the nose to everyone in the Navy. There must be something behind the charges to warrant an arrest, but that doesn't make him guilty. He is throwing away a career on this one.
