I'm with the cat. We're loosing in this provided this is true. I do agree with some of the protections "threatens to extend restrictive intellectual property (IP) laws across the globe and rewrite international rules on its enforcement.", but I am not 100% sure I'm reading it correctly.

Sgt Kelli Mays - Exactly what I was thinking. I know the Chinese, Indians, and Russians spend more time hacking into our businesses than government systems, but they're mostly taking plans of items, notes, emails, and things that can either boost their economic status (especially stock market or real estate) or enhance their military status. IF I could be in charge for a week, ANYTHING that carries official defense or substantial civilian business info would be on stand alone computers. Good luck hacking that. If you need to transfer info, call IA have TPI come review it, and they can again move it with an immediate delete program.

Sgt Kelli Mays It is disheartening to think that the people we the people have elected to represent us have sold out to some grand scheme. What happened to doing what's right for The USA and we the people. This does not seem to represent the best interest of the USA.
