While taking my online TARP class today, the whole time I kept thinking... regardless of political feelings, Secretary Clinton did this stuff... she mishandled classified information and that's reportable, by this very definition she's an insider threat. Not sure that I would agree with using a photo and description in a brief, but I can't really see how anyone could punish the briefer for doing it.

Regardless of who it might offend, its still a fact that Clinton mishandled classified information. With that in mind, its easy to justify adding her photo to the "rogues gallery."

Well, according to the FBI she was "extremely careless" with the handling of classified information. If one of the classifications of insider threat is a "careless or disgruntled employee" I think she (and Patraeus) fit the bill. Carless is careless is careless. The truth hurts doesn't it?
