I support it. I actually like Microsoft, but it is hard for any other company to compete.

SrA Edward Vong I support this, I use Microsoft daily, I support it as a job function, but I really prefer when there are options. It keeps the companies (a little more) honest when it comes to their product. Right now you have Apple and Microsoft. Linux is available, but for end users most machines are either the fully proprietary Apples, or a PC running some form of Microsoft operating system. With over 90% of the market running their OS, I agree that it is virtually impossible for any other company to compete with Microsoft.

Speaking of Apple, Google's ChromeBooks are up and coming and a huge runner up to compete with MacBooks due to pricing and convenience.
