And where he was born really doesn't matter because his father's lack of citizenship OUGHT to be a disqualifier. Unfortunately we have Supreme Court justices that can't interpret the Constitution and one that says she doesn't recommend other countries pattern their constitutions after ours -- because it is old and outdated. WTFO?

IF you read it, and go to the following link and do a little homework, it should be abundantly clear that while Obama, Cruz, and Rubio are all U.S. citizens, when it comes to the more stringent test of citizenship which is that of natural-born citizen, they fail.

Regardless his mother's citizenship, his father was a British subject at the time of his birth. Kenya was a British Commonwealth which confers British citizenship at birth via the British Nationality Act. Since the praetorian media didn't say shit when hillary brought it up during the 2008 election, several attorneys, including Phillip Berg (democrat) actually did the research. The media failed. Whatever happened to Woodward/Bernstein investigative journalism, or do democrat "journalists" only investigate the politically expedient crimes?
