Col Rebecca Lorraine Accounts like this make me fume with impotent anger and outrage that such has happened and still happens. I have a daughter and granddaughters. It is the ultimate betrayal by a system and some people who are supposed to protect and nurture their members, who in turn will willingly lay down their lives at a moment's notice. This particular example can probably never be made entirely right. We can only pray that 'things work out' in this case and future cases never happen.
