SP5 Christine Conley since when does a cop decide if charges should be filed? Thats up to the Prosecuter, Not the cops.

SP5 Christine Conley - Have you had a clearance? You know intent means nothing when factoring if you get punished. You can walk down the hall with a TS document and not have a cover sheet on it you will get some punishment. At the very least she should have lost access to classified information. She should never hold a clearance which would then eliminate her from running. As for why he would say it is not worthy of prosecution only he knows.
I believe that he knew that if they took her down then everyone in the email traffic would get smacked also. Every top democrat including obama would be on the hook for mishandling classified. People who are still in and have gone to a recent security class asked about this and would they not be charged if they did the same. They were told they would lose their clearance and most likely go to jail. Classified handling training does not differentiate between willful and negligent mishandling of classified. Can you imagine the problems if everyone thought they didn't have to worry if they properly handled classified? I can see it now... oh man, did I lock the safe? Oh well I will check tomorrow because my intent isn't illegal. I just don't want to go back because it wouldn't be convenient.
I sure hope you never had access to classified if you think what she did was legit. If so, maybe that's where some secrets have been found out through your convenient but lacking intent mishandling

SP5 Christine Conley - Who says I don't want to go there? Why is it that Hillary supporters think that just because they are willing to overlook illegal happenings that others are too? First the previous administration was Obama :) But, I wasn't a fan of Bush either and anything that can be proven he did illegal he should be held accountable for. Though I think it might be too late to bring those up if there are any. I suppose since you brought it up you have all this evidence sitting in your house? If not, then you are the one that doesn't want to go there since you have no proof ;)

And folks should be shocked by this? NO? It is what it is!
As I responded in another post.
"As a conservative I am satisfied with the directors decision, not happy but I except it. Personally I can't believe or comprehend that all the FBI staff would violate their oaths when pressured (if pressured) my outside entities. I think folks need to understand the decision doesn't exonerate Clinton of wrong doing only that a lack of evidence exist for prosecution. Its now pretty much on the shoulders of the American public. To make a sound decision whether Hillary is trustworthy or not and has shown she is beyond reproach to be POTUS. If you have a clear conscience that she is best for America then your mind is made up. The same can be said for those behind Trump."

Hillary has been a lawyer and a politician for too many years to plead ignorant. She continues mentioning the former State Department Secretaries (Powell & Rice) used their personal e-mail system for government business. Really? She also likes to deflect about what someone has allegedly done just to take the heat off of her. She won't be receiving my vote. Trump is not the only liar...nor the biggest.

No, I don't believe she is the best person for the job. But when with a possible Donald Trump presidency I would pick Hillary Clinton in a blink of an eye.

1LT (Join to see) - So you would pick a traitor who puts classified out for anyone to hack over someone who talks mean? Good God. You have someone proven to be a security risk and you want to pick that person over someone you dislike what they say but is not a proven security risk. That's special
