I am tired of hearing about rooked sleeves. It's not even a true issue. Sleeves up or down, who cares in the long run. Concentrate on real issues like morale, combat training, certificate of training equivalent to civilian job. Pay, how the enlisted is doing more with less, how NCOs are doing low level officers jobs, tired of hearing about if rolled sleeves is right or not. It's authorized next issue

I remember decades ago when the military really looked joined and we all wore BDUs SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. It was easier to spot Army from USMC service members because we rolled up our sleeves camo facing in while they rolled them up camo facing out.
While camo facing out looks cool, it still leaves exposed skin which is easier to spot with the naked eye, etc.

SFC (Join to see)
I wore the BDUs from pretty much their implementation until their faze-out. Not once, in those many, many years of garrison, field, garrison-to-field, field-to-garrison, and where-ever-the-hell-we-are environments was pulling down the sleeves quickly ever a mission critical need. As a matter of fact, because rolling the sleeves up to camo out was such a pain in the ass, the call to pull down the sleeves was usually met with moaning, groaning, and day-long bitching from pretty much everybody except for the person making the call.
