Well done by the officer...and all documented in video !! the officer acted correctly and by the book !! and the officer is alive !!

He cut Aleman a lot more slack than I would have. I would have likely shot him when he got up the first time, instead of retreating onto the highway.
I'm not criticizing him, he did an amazing job, but I was always leery of being hit by a car, and I had a real aversion to being stabbed (the first agg assault I rolled on was a stabbing, there was blood all over). So I probably would have shot him again.
