Not running with Trump is possibly the smartest decision she'll ed ever make.

SSG Warren Swan - Some damning comments, some questionable, to be sure. Most are hearsay (not really sufficient to judge a person) and others were spoken long before he had any political ambitions, and long before the political climate changed wherein such comments are deemed unacceptable. (You should have heard some of the things I said about my exspouse during the time when she was screwing other men) No, I'm not making excuses for Trump, just saying things as I know them to be true. Also, behavior is far more important than speech. I've heard many men strutting and regaling their cronies with tales of male bravado when everyone knows they are quite different in the company of women. I look at his treatment of his wife and daughters, exemplary. I look at his treatment of female business associates, exemplary (as witnessed by some who have worked with and for him). I think that much is being amplified by the hysterical masses of the Left who are determined to have another member of their ideological cadre in the White House, aided and abetted by the popular media (news and entertainment) who are likewise thoroughly invested in the progressive movement. Remember how they created the appearance of Sarah Pallin saying "I can see Russia from my backyard" to make her appear ridiculous (when those words were spoken by an actress in an SNL comedy sketch to portray Pallin as ridiculous)

CPT Jack Durish - I can see what you mean, but he is running for President, and it IS some of what you did in the past some will use to reflect on your character. I'll use HRC as an example. Most of her biggest mistakes weren't even related to the job (the server is a whole different thing), but news outlets are digging deep into her pre-political past to see what she was vs. what she is. I believe that is fair. I cannot speak on how he treats his wives, being what he or you or me, might have different approaches to relationships. Mine must've sucked being I'm divorced. Same with his kids. On the outside, I doubt they wanted for anything...ever. I don't think they are dumb kids either. I picked that one out of the group on purpose being it is a direct reflection of his views now. Black people are lazy. He uses an absolute which is always wrong, but moving into today, he does the same thing with the immigrants from Mexico. He makes a blanket statement on who and what they are and it's wrong. And when folks call him out on it, it's a new game called deflection, his earpiece suddenly doesn't work, or something that makes it so he is "allowed" to do or say what he wants. Could we be less PC? Sure. Why not? The real question with that should be "if you really want to be non PC, can your ass back up what you want"? To a fault being PC keeps folks "inline" and filtered. Take that off, and while I know I'm not the toughest in town, I would think before running my gums, another might not. I can guarantee you this: Trump will NOT come down MLK ave and Benning Rd in SE DC and run his gums the same way he would in a building he "controls". His "lazy black people are there". He won't go to Adams Morgan and run his gums there....all those "illegal Mexicans" he hates so much are there. Where will you see him talking smack? In a mostly white neighborhood that he feels "safe" in. He won't leave his security detail for even one second. Trump knows when to talk smack, and who to talk it to. He will not enter any neighborhood where the majorly there are people he's insulted. You catch more flies with honey than you will with vinegar I've always been told. It's true, but he doesn't seem to notice that.

SSG Warren Swan - I hate having illegal Mexicans here, committing crimes and being overlooked because it's not politically correct. Look, I'm sorry, but I'm getting tired of repeating myself. You and I are having this same discussion in another thread. Please see me there. https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/is-donald-trump-an-unrepentant-racist?urlhash=1645235

Surprising answer?

She is too smart to join the political circle again,

I wish she would run for president. I could feel good voting for her.

Capt (Join to see) - I too dislike clickbait headlines that lack truth. Where is surprise in an answer that remains consistent with her previous answers? I guess these days, the real surprise would be a headline that actually reflects the article.

I hope she doesn't accept if offered. A person as honorable as Rice should have nothing to do with Donald Trump's circus. Anyone with a lick of human decency will want nothing to do with Donald.
