Pure sophistry. The two are not comparable. Sexual relations between adults and children are explicitly forbidden. However, if you need a reason, try this one on for size. Sex with a child is considered rape because the child is not of an age to consent and, no, no one can consent for them. Sex between adult homosexuals is not rape because they are consenting adults. There. I hope that helps.
