CPT Jack Durish it coming down to Dumb and Dumber is a clear indication we get what we deserve. To the MORONS who refuse to be an educated voter no matter what shit show the RNC and DNC parade as candidates, thank you. Your stupidity and lack of caring has led to this unmitigated disaster.

We have (in fact all people have) precisely the government they deserve. If they don't like it, they can change it. The fact that we don't indicates that we are quite content with the one we have. Thus, we deserve it...

CPT Jack Durish - I will not vote for Hillary. I will not vote for Trump. I will vote for the candidate I feel will do the best job. Those who vote based on the letter before or after the name (depending on the state ballot) are wasting their vote. I agree that we have what we deserve. When you consider that roughly half the Americans eligible to vote are registered voters, and out of that (in a good year) 60% actually participate in the process, it means roughly one quarter of the U.S. Citizenry will determine the fate of everyone. So we the sheeple have what we deserve, and when they come for our freedoms, we will deserve that too.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - I understand your frustration. I too feel it. However, keep in mind that third party votes are futile gestures. Indeed, like Perot siphoned off Bush voters and gave Bill Clinton the win and Ralph Nader siphoned off Gore voters and gave Bush the win, third party candidates serve no other purpose then to allow others to make a choice for you. Somehow these others find a reason to vote for the lesser of two evils. Can't you?
