Why the hell didn't they make it downloadable in the first place? I HOPE that their IT people recommended that and got shot down. I also hope it wasn't their IT people who said "we should mail thousands of thumb drives out!!!"

I had similar questions myself, PO1 John Miller. In discussing this with a co-worker whose wife is a physician, he tells me this is SOP in the commercial medical field. The USB decisions are marketing-driven. I would be surprised if someone in IT had an opportunity to voice an opinion.
