SGT (Join to see) When Palm Springs, CA has heavy rain, a few roads that actually cross the normally dry riverbed are blocked off with barricades. The water does't look very deep. Always, a few type 'A' drivers must drive around the barricades. Their self generated predicament is always newsworthy!
