Couldn't agree more. They should probably clean house anyway, the staff and head of the VA sucks.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL I hope there is substance behind this news and that real reforms are being made. This will require legislative changes; procedural and internal regulatory changes within the VA; and culture changes which are much to achieve. Hopefully those who need to leave will leave - early retirement, retirement for those who are not criminally negligent. Those who are criminally negligent should be charged and prosecuted.
Training and periodic education of employees, their responsibilities and duties need to be quickly reviewed, updated and disseminated to all who need them.
An external watchdog needs to be involved.
