Well, either it is all going to work out or it is not.

Although many of us are concerned about how this will effect our mission readiness, primarily those of a generation that felt it was our job to protect the female of the species, most ADs that post seem to be OK with this as long as all standards are equal. That is where I am today, despite my hypothetical concerns. Regardless of gender, equal opportunity should be given throughout the military, unless it sets up intolerable conditions due to small numbers creating an issue with the deployment of the mixed genders.
