I am amazed at the continuous failures of VA programs. This was supposed to help our veterans but instead it is causing a long term problem of finances.

This is sad but not wholly unexpected news SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
the administrators of the Veterans Choice program seem to have had their collective heads in their fourth point of contact.
I am fully covered by the VA and have no copays. Last summer I was directed to go to a dermatology clinic by the Veterans Choice program to check fro skin cancer. Early this year I received a bill from the lab that analyzed the biopsy results because the Veterans Choice program. I called the Veterans Choice program and spoke with one of their reps. I was amazed that she thought that the authorization for a dermatologist to check for skin cancer would not include authorization to take and analyze biopsies. That was a couple months ago. I think the situation between lab and the Veterans Choice program has been worked out. This year the VA is seeing me in-house for Dermatology later this month.

The VA ordered a procedure I did not really want at a private hospital and now refuses to pay us my credit score is suffering. I have called and I'm literally dozens of times and they don't seem to be able to resolve it. I will never use VA Choice again.
