Let's see now - the Russians get PR points for the "draw down" and they get Assad points for the "scale up" and they get budget points for replacing the REALLY big ticket items with ones that cost less and are likely to be more useful and they get to keep on killing people that no one likes.

It's sad but since Obama I'm actually rooting for the Russians. I've never trusted them and still don't. But some part of me hopes they succeed
