I thought this was a great article on the traits that define leadership. I've been doing a lot of reading and research on leadership. This article further drives the point home that a weak leader can be detrimental to a unit, organization, or company. What are your thoughts on the traits of a good leader? I'll throw in "passion" as an important trait you should research also. Passion is the fire in the belly. It is somewhat ironic that in leadership literature, passion is often associated with what happens to leaders when they don’t have it: lack of energy, loss of creativity, diminished motivation and ultimately burnout. When you believe in and love what you do it's not a job.
