Basically we don't have enough to say if he is guilty or not. All we know is there was a fender bender between two men with the 21 year old ending up dead and the 28 year old concealed carry man "cooperating" with police. We need to see how this plays out. My only advice to anyone with a CCDW permit is to join USCCA for the various training and other resources they provide thier membership. Their network of 2nd Amendment attorneys & use of deadly force counseling is fantastic.

Yep, not enough data to form an opinion. I'm not going to speculate either.

Agree wholeheartedly LTC Thomas Tennant about joining the USCCA. I've been a member now for two years and their SHIELD program is the best I've seen. Well worth the money if you are carrying.

"The 28 year old, considered a suspect at this point, drove from the scene and then called police"...this makes me question how "innocent" the individual was. It also makes me wonder was there an additional threat? Need more info to make a more informed opinion, but just off this, I'd say he was in the wrong.

Sounds like road rage gone wrong. And stupidity stepped in.
