A Mailman Handcuffed in Brooklyn, Caught on Video

I don't get it. Americans are quick to call out Islamic folks for not speaking out against the injustices handed down to them by those who claim to represent Islam, but only pervert the religion. Silence is compliance is often used. Here you have a man working, and he yells like most do when they see a car being driven recklessly. Looking that this video at face value, this is abuse of power by the NYPD. IF this is true...where are the American's calling out against those cops in the majority who are hard working dedicated professionals to "out" those who are not? The majority of these FAR outweighs the few in the blue line. If silence is compliance in regards to religion, shouldn't the same standard be applied here? CAUTION: for those sensitive to language, there is vulgar language in this video. BTW in commenting please refrain from cop bashing. I KNOW no matter WHAT the outcome of this is, these cops in the video do not represent the NYPD as a whole.
