I mean it "ONLY" took 20 years to prosecute dude for stuff that happened when I was over there......the wheels of justice definitely need some oil in the bearings.

I have some postcards of that PoS that I bought in a Serbian enclave during KFOR 2B. I figured it would be like a war memento like a Hitler photo from WW2. That guy is a cold blooded murderer. And Belgrade was complicit in hiding him
