She's still running because this story is more speculative BS. Note the sources. It is a NY Post columnist who says that "career FBI agents" told him this. Notice it doesn't say they are FBI agents with direct first hand knowledge of the investigation, or even if those agents are still on active duty or retired. Even the headline is weird. You can't be "increasingly certain". If you are certain, it means you are 100% sure. Otherwise you are not certain". So you can't be certain one day and more certain the next. This is all just more gossip from people who don't have any actual facts designed to keep Hillary's name in the press in a bad light and give the impression to people who just casually glance at articles the impression that some new information has come out, when it hasn't. They are hoping someone will just read the headline and then believe that the FBI has already said that Clinton broke the law. And mention to their friends "I saw an article that said the FBI found she broke the law for sure" when none of that is true.
This article is a small example of how the media can carefully couch its words to give the public one impression when the actual facts are not yet known. And of course it's just a coincidence that the columnist, Charlie Gasparino, works for FOX.

Thanks to everyone responding to this link and post. You made some very good and valid points. However, the fact remains (at least in my mind) that the press should be all over her about this email server (and its impact on national security), Benghazi, and other scandals to include her own unethical actions during Watergate. If they were the true purveyors of unbiased news and information, they should be using these scandals to discredit her candidacy much like they have with candidates in the past…do any of you remember Democrat presidential candidate named Gary Heart and his romp on the good ship “Monkey Business” with woman other than his wife?
The fact remains that most investigative reporting has been nonexistent when it comes to the whole Obama Administration. We have to ask ourselves, “Where are today’s Woodward(s) and Bernstein(s) when it comes to this whole Obama Administration given everything that has been spoon fed them via alternate media?” They (the liberal media back then) was so hopped up to tie a “third rate burglary” to President Nixon they spilled all sorts of speculative ink every day after he won reelection by a huge landside. But they maintained a constant drumbeat of questions and news coverage that even a backwoods redneck would know something was up. So, while some of you may find fault with lack of specificity in the phrase “career FBI agents”, remember we never really knew who “Deep Throat” was during Watergate and the events leading up RMN’s ultimate resignation.
As to those who hold to the mantra of “we live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty”, since when has that mattered to the liberal media? Both Gov. Rick Perry and Speaker Tom Delay were tried in the press only to be exonerated in court. No, this is about highlighting liberal hypocrisy while pointing out we have a presidential candidate that has no respect for the law…or at least it doesn’t apply to her. There is no apparent direct link to the WH, but if it were ABO (anyone but Obama) the press would also make things so uncomfortable for the president and his advisors to even try to delay or even quietly derail the movement towards a grand jury. But the mire appearance of impropriety doesn’t seem to be a concern of anyone in the Obama inner circle because they know the willing press will not raise it.
Finally, given the number and size of the scandals involving HRC and BHO that could and should have been deeper scrutiny (if not outright investigations from independent prosecutors)… Has America finally and totally lost its moral compass?

I sense the topic "avoiding the use a private server for official e-mail" will be added to the next edition of the Cyber Awareness Challenge.
