I sent Mr. Cuban one more book to read.. The Prior-Service Entrepreneur by Michael I. Kaplan.
I am sure once he reads it, he will be adding one more book to his "entrepreneur's must reads".

I personally use it to teach my prior-service "future" entrepreneurs how to startup, run and most importantly how to grow and sustain a successful small business.

The first ten pages of his book, will tell you why the remaining pages have insight and knowledge like no other author before him and why it is a must read for anyone who wants to aspire to being their own boss and running their own show.

As Michael so aptly puts it... You can work for some else and help them achieve "their" dreams or........................................ You can work for yourself and achieve "your own" dreams.
